Our Full Wedding Service
Designed from the ground up for each couple, our bespoke service offers considered, seasonal florals that shape the look and feel of your day.
Beautiful Wedding Florals
If flowers are going to play a big part in your wedding, our Full Wedding Floral Design service is for you.
We’ll work closely with you from the very beginning, getting to know your style, your venue and how you want your day to feel. From bouquets and buttonholes to larger installations and table flowers, every design is thoughtfully planned to create a natural, relaxed look that feels completely personal to you.
This bespoke service is ideal for couples looking for a cohesive floral design throughout their wedding and is best suited to flower budgets of £1,500 and above.

No two weddings are ever the same, which is why we don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages. A celebration in the Tithe barn at Meols Hall needs a completely different approach to an elegant country house celebration at Knowsley Hall, or a lakeside wedding at a Lake District venue such as Silverholme. Every venue has its own character, and your flowers should feel as though they belong there.
We’ll get to know you, your venue and what matters most before creating a bespoke floral design that’s perfect for your day. That includes:
● A chat about your ideas, style and priorities
● A personalised floral proposal
● Seasonal flowers chosen for their beauty and quality
● Professional design and careful preparation
● Delivery and on-site installation where needed
Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a wedding filled with flowers, we’ll create designs that complement your venue, reflect your personality and help bring your whole day together.
-
Depending on your budget and the scale of your wedding, full service may include:
Bridal bouquet and bridal party flowers
Ceremony flowers (aisle décor, arches, pedestals)
Reception flowers (tables, top table, features)
Large-scale floral installations
Styling touches tailored to your venue
Delivery and installation on the day
We’ll discuss what matters most to you and build the design around those priorities.

We like to keep things simple, supportive and enjoyable from start to finish.
1. Initial enquiry - Tell us your date, venue and any early ideas — colours you’re drawn to, flowers you love, or just the overall feel you’re hoping for.
2. A relaxed chat - We’ll have a friendly conversation to talk everything through. If you’re not quite sure what you want yet, that’s absolutely fine — we’ll help you shape your ideas.
3. Proposal & ideas - Once we’ve got a feel for your plans, we’ll put together a tailored proposal with suggested designs and guide pricing.
4. Fine-tuning - You can come back to us with any thoughts or changes, and we’ll refine things together until it feels just right.
5. Creation & installation - In the lead-up to your wedding, we carefully source and prepare every stem. On the day, we deliver and set everything up so it all looks exactly as it should.
We’re with you throughout the whole process — not just dropping off flowers, but making sure everything comes together beautifully.

We only work with fresh flowers, never artificial ones. Many of our blooms are grown here on the farm, giving us access to beautiful seasonal varieties with natural scent, character and movement that you simply don’t get from mass-produced flowers.
Working with the seasons means every wedding is unique. Rather than trying to recreate the same flowers all year round, we embrace what’s looking its very best at the time of your wedding, creating designs that feel authentic, abundant and perfectly in keeping with the season.

On your wedding day, we’ll make sure everything is exactly where it needs to be, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. From delivering bouquets and buttonholes to styling ceremony spaces, table flowers and larger installations, we’ll take care of every detail with care and attention.
We’ll work closely with your venue and other suppliers where needed, ensuring everything is beautifully in place before your guests arrive, leaving you free to relax and enjoy every moment of your day.
Questions About Our Full Service Weddings
When should I get in touch?
The earlier, the better! Many couples book us 12–18 months before their wedding, especially for popular summer dates. Booking early means we can reserve your date and, where possible, plan to grow flowers especially for your wedding.
If your wedding is sooner than that, it’s always worth getting in touch. If we have availability, we’d love to hear from you and see how we can help.
Can we see examples of your weddings?
Of course! Take a look through our portfolio below to see a small selection of real weddings we’ve had the pleasure of flowering. Every image is from a genuine Flower Farm Floristry wedding, showcasing our own work at a variety of beautiful venues across the North West—never styled shoots or someone else’s flowers.
Do you do consultations in person?
Yes, we’d be delighted to welcome you to the farm. You’re welcome to visit us by appointment to chat through your ideas, look at flower inspiration and discuss your plans over a cup of tea.
If you don’t live locally or it’s easier to meet online, we’re equally happy to arrange a video call or chat over the phone. However we meet, we’ll take the time to get to know you and help you create flowers that feel just right for your wedding.
What if my venue has restrictions?
That’s absolutely fine—we’re used to working with all sorts of venue guidelines. Many venues have rules about candles, hanging installations, fixing flowers to walls or using certain mechanics, and we’ll make sure your flowers work within those requirements.
We’ll liaise with your venue where needed and suggest beautiful alternatives if something isn’t possible. Our aim is always to create the biggest impact while respecting the venue’s policies, so everything looks stunning and runs smoothly on the day.
