From Granda’s Sweet Peas to Flower Farm Floristry
My love of flowers started long before I ever stepped into a flower shop.
As a child, I spent countless hours in my Grandad Webster’s garden. His sweet peas were legendary, and I was fascinated by the way a tiny seed could become something so beautiful. Looking back, that’s probably where it all began.
When it came time to choose a school work placement, I picked a local florist. I loved every second of it. That was the moment I knew this wasn’t just a hobby – it was what I wanted to do for a living.
More than 20 years later, I’m still just as passionate about flowers as I was on that very first day.
Today, Flower Farm Floristry combines professional floristry with flower growing. We grow many of our own flowers here in Lancashire and work with trusted British growers and specialist wholesalers to bring together beautiful, seasonal flowers for weddings, funerals and everyday occasions.
Flowers are always changing, and that’s what I love most. No two weeks are ever the same. What’s flowering today will be different next month, and different again next year. It keeps every day interesting and every arrangement unique.

Our gift bouquets are seasonal, natural and thoughtfully arranged in a beautiful vase, using a carefully selected mix of flowers and foliage that reflect what is looking its best right now. Each bouquet is created in our workshop in a relaxed, garden-inspired style rather than to a fixed recipe, allowing the flowers to lead the design. No two bouquets are the same.
To ensure freshness and quality, our bouquets are made to order and available to collect from our workshop in Burscough.

These pretty little bud vases are filled with a colourful mix of seasonal flowers and foliage, all freshly picked and arranged in our wild, natural style. Each one is a little different, making every set completely unique.
They look lovely grouped together or dotted around your home — perfect for bedside tables, kitchen shelves, coffee tables, bookcases, or anywhere that needs a pop of colour. They also make thoughtful gifts, especially for anyone short on space, and are great for party or table decorations — why not pop one on each table?
The flowers and vases will vary — the photos are just to give you an idea. If you have any requests for colours or a particular feel, let us know in the comments box at checkout and we’ll do our best to help.
Vases range from 8 to 12cm tall, and up to 10cm wide.

Clare is a fully qualified floristry lecturer with over twenty years experience in teaching floral design. The classes are interesting and educational, whilst being fun and enjoyable.
