Refund policy

If you (the customer) are unhappy with the condition of the flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours with photo evidence.

If you wish you to change your order (for example date or delivery address) please let us know at least 24 hours before the delivery date. 

If you cancel your order and request a refund, please note we keep 3% card processing fee.

If you wish to cancel your wedding order we require 30 days notice for a full refund minus the booking fee. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice no refund will be given. 

Ifyou wish to cancel an order for Christmas, Valentines or Mother’s Day delivery, please provide 10 days notice for full refund. If you cancel with less than 10 days notice no refund will be given. 

We have a 30-day return policy for our dried flowers, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for cost of returning item to us.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
