Top tips for making fresh flowers last

If you are the lucky recipient of (or indeed treat yourself to) some beautiful fresh flowers (from us or anywhere), here is our guide on keeping them looking gorgeous for as long as possible.

1. Heat…….My cousin once described the week between Christmas and New Year perfectly……..It’s just going from one hot living room to another! If I am feeling wilty by the end of it, I can only imagine how your flowers are feeling. Fresh, cut flowers don’t like to be too hot, it is best to display them away from radiators, fireplaces, sunny window sills and other sources of heat.
